Muy bien, me gusto mucho,sí que volveré y recomiendo a todos mis amigos.tuvimos mucha suerte con el tiempo,la chica de la recepción muy amable.

Just back from a week away great looking hotel .room we had a suite great size air-conditioning wasn't working and when it did bad smell when it was on We were half board my wife is non dairy wasn't alot for her to eat morning or at nite.. To make matters worse wife slipped on floor at pool side to toilets that were wet cut all of her foot when reported nothing happened hotel didn't want to know so had to make rest of holiday as good as we could

Stayed here from 8th-15th June first impressions are very nice quite modern and lovely smell as you walk in due to the plants as we found out later in the week, we had a 3rd floor room sea view which was really nice room was quite small but done for the two of us for a week.we went half board the breakfast are really nice English sausages were put on for four of the days we was there plenty to choose from it’s on from 8-10:30am the meal in the evening is shocking the choice is really bad 2 of the dishes you have to pay a supplement aswell I had the lamb twice and 1 special my wife had the fish which wasn’t cooked enough the red chicken curry which is like a stew and the lamb which was cold we had different starters but no desserts this is a 3 course meal which to us there was not enough choice they need to change it up day in day out or offer just normal foods aka burgers or different English meals as the majority of ppl staying were from the uk, the roof top pool is really nice can get busy but a nice way to end your day and cool off I just think ppl should not be allowed there drinks in the pool, I would definitely stay again here it’s a adult only hotel and the beach is 2 min walk and new town is to the left an old town to the right just a few things to change but it’s a lovely place

I wanted to take my best friend away for a lovely 4 night break in the sun. I’m used to staying in nice hotels… this one was meant to be 4* but it was 3* at best! The room was so dated and very well worn. Lots of things broken including the balcony door which wouldn’t lock so we were worried about security! When the maintenance man came up to fix the safe, as that was playing up too he pretended to fiddle with the door then just mimed in broken Spanish as if to say at least you’ve got the safe??. AC had broken knobs but did eventually work but was that noisy we didn’t use it! On a plus the bed was comfy and the cleaners came every day so it was clean. All the staff were pleasant and the food was above standard for such a hotel! The rooftop pool area was lovely and chilled although the “pool” was more like a dipping pool as so small. Overall had a nice time though as was with my friend who we hadn’t spoken properly too in years!

Stayed in room 107, had a lovely break, loved the quietness of the hotel, great choice at breakfast, so lovely and peaceful at breakfast. The bed leg broke which was a pain but hotel were lovely. Hotel kept very clean in a lovely central location.

The service is outstanding could not ask for better. Room lovely bed great. Maria are maid was simply amazing in every way room kept perfect every day. Have booked for 2025 already. As we can only imagine that the hotel sells out we have also upgraded to a jnr suite for 2025.

good location nice brekkie ,you can also order extras free ie fried eggs on toast omlettes etc, bar and diner downstairs with good friendly staff bar on roof next to pool with friendly staff, small pool but you dont go to beni to swim. good clean sunbeds 4 large loungers no rush for sunbeds and this is one of the cleanest hotels ive stayed in send me a message if you would like to know anything else but my advice is book it,

Had an amazing time in Benidorm, made even better as we were staying in the lovely Agir Springs Hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, rooms were cleaned everyday and facilities were lovely. Our breakfast was tastey and restaurant was spotless. Could not fault the hotel or staff at all. We would definatley book here again. The location was just perfect 5 mins from bustling new town, 5 mins from old town.
